#Jimbo,

You are clearly the hypocrit here !! I have played the game at the highest level and owe nothing because i took nothing !!

You on the otherhand must have a reason to support the G.P.A. !! Do you take hand-outs, i think so hypocrit !! You are obviously only in it for the money !!

763426 jimbo. I hear what you're saying, but I think its you who is missing the bigger picture. What we have is unique

I absolutely agree with you...

But players/refs/stewards are being assaulted... we had something special and fantastic and we abused that unique feature... No one should feel under threat of being assaulted.. and it's being going down hill for a number of years now.

The blame rests at our own feet...

If we dont like it... well that's too bad. If you want to feel part of the celebration then make sure you go and see the team parade the Trophy back home!

Hahaha... how do you make that out...!! Priceless

Imagine being that stupid to say something like "The GPA are only interested in making money" as in on the backs of amateur players

While you gamble on the backs of the same players in order to make money... and this statement goes to all you hypocrites.

Just admit it man... you're full of it.

Yep,

One reason... the players.

What odds are you getting on Shefflin to start... best of luck making a few quid on the backs of amateur players... and that goes for the rest of ye!

Hahaha I love exposing this stuff... it's absolutely farcical...

The GPA is only interested in making money…. "Right love I'm down the bookies"

Jimbo, thats a blinkered view of history you've got there. Show me an All-Ireland Final where there was a problem.

That's a terrible attitude... at the end of the day, these men are the reason why you're sitting in Croke Park on All Ireland final day.

They have given you the opportunity, show some respect for them... as I said they've earned it... if it wasnt for them you'd be out doing the gardening on a Sunday September afternoon.

I've been on the pitch myself, I enjoyed it very much.. but if the players no longer want it... Then I have to respect that, I have to respect them...

Perhaps if the fans stayed away all together then the players could have the stadia all to themselves.

They'd soon come around to thinking that without the fans they have nothing, the fact is the players need the fans and the fans need the players, the players telling the fans to stay off the pitch after a final is like the fans telling the players not to expect any homecoming celebrations as there is high risk that someone might get injured in the process.

JimboDessie,

You will have to learn to lose an argument gracefully !!
When the G.A.A.was founded there was no mention of money or your G.P.A. and we survived without you for over a century !! The British Army and R.U.C /B.Specials etc could not stop the supporters from attending and enjoying the game or taking part in it. Neither will a few jumped-up suits or a greedy G.P.A. who pretend to put the players first but are only interested in furthering themselves !!

Cop on young man as you are being used !!

I've proven you a hypocrite for all to see...

I'm being used... Hahahaha

The plain fact is CS... It's the supporters fault that pitch invasions are now banned... not the GPA.

Best of luck down the bookies... making money on the backs of amateur players. Hopefully you might donate some of your winnings towards your county board...

Stopping pitch invasions on all Ireland final day is solely about sponsorship and money, that is all. It is plainly obvious.

Jimbodes,

You sound and write very like another poster who used to be on here but vanished when he kept losing arguments !! You could be a reborn G.P.A. man !!

To be honest Slasher.. that fact that you have nothing to say about being called a hypocrite kind of speaks volumes...

Losing an argument? sorry Slasher but I've proved what I have always suspected of you regarding your GPA stance.. in that...

Just like many of your Anti-GPA comrades... you're all very hypocritical...

Only too happy to make money off the backs of our amateur players.. while calling the GPA greedy...

Priceless stuff really... it really is. I couldnt have caught you out any better to be honest... but to your credit at least you were brave enough to be honest about your gambling.

Many of your counter parts wouldnt have been so honest...

But again from the off set you set yourself up to attack the GPA... from your very first post and becuase of which I've made you look very stupid indeed.

The GPA has nothing to do with banning pitch invasions.. that's the GAA's decision.

A decision brought to the front by yes thats right... The Supporters not being able to behave themselves and it's been steadily getting worse.

As for being another user..I only have one other user name... Jinxypoop and admin will testify to that fact.

You see honesty pays off...

Jimbodes,

You call me stupid and a hypocrit !! Just read over the rubbish you have written and see how sad you are, you would probably be the only one to actually understand it seeing that you composed it !! I did not respond to a lot of it because it is jibberish just like the stuff the G.P.A. lapdogs are coming out with ... embarrassing really !!

Abhainn ( Show me an All-Ireland Final where there was a problem.)

I'll give you two examples:
after the 1993 football final there was a terrible crush trying to exit the old cusask stand - very lucky there were no fatalities
on the pitch after the 2002 football final when kieran mcGeeney had to ask supporters to stop pushing - again lucky there were no serious injuries or fatalities.

surely a pitch invasion isn't worth even the risk of a serious injury?
