A nasty video. If the authorities can trace this person wherever she is from she should be named and shamed and prosecuted for cruelty to Animals. She should receive whatever the appropriate punishment is for the offence in whatever jurisdiction she lives. I would certainly not wish any form of cancer on her nor would I inflict cruelty on her but I would agree with previous posters in that she is a nasty piece of work.

im not saying what this women has done is right, far from it. Why can anyone answer me is it right to kill a rat or any ''rodent'' but not right to kill a puppy? some puppies spread disease, some will grow into vicious dogs who may attack humans. Maybe the rat will have no effect on human life at all and cause no harm. rats might have some unknown use that we could find out if we stopped killing them.

all im saying is it is hypocritical to make such a fuss over something like this when in reality it goes on every single day.

this does go on every day , so that makes it ok does it , in this case this woman lifted a pup one by one and launched them into a fast flowing river in full view of a camera , these pups must have been terrified , AND IN REALITY PAT THEY DID NOT HAVE THE CHANCE TO MAKE A FUSS .
now forget about rats for one minute , because this is sadistic there is no other word for it .

Looks to me like she does this every day.

Id say all of the little pups were probably female.

Also they look more than just newly born pups to me, having said that however I'm no expert on it.

I heard a story once where this fellas dog apparently bit someone so naturally he was ordered to get the animal put down.

The story goes he tied the dog to the a gate and drove over it with a tractor.
