knew a lad who played rugby with this fella they called 'Eighteen Months'. Apparently he had been in a row and now only had 1 and a half ears. Loved that.

There is a guy that plays with our club, he is called "2 mothers". Nothing to do with his football ability but its the fact that his oul lad has long hair!

Leper - Eamonn O'Callaghan!!

Anyone tell me why??


He was the only one of his friends in school without a nickname so he had to close his eyes and point to a word in the dictionary, whatever he pointed at would be his nickname..unfortunately for him that word was Leper and it stuck like glue!

The Brick walsh. I couldve sworn i heard marty morrissey saying on the commentary on sunday that his brother is called the block!
Favourites from Wicklow would be Johnathen "Bosco" O'Neill and "Choo" for Seanie Furlong. We also have very creative names for Leighton Glynn and James Stafford, "Leighto" and "Staff" respectively
