on September 5th
it will be Tipp 10 Kilkenny 5
out of the 15 all ireland finals between the two teams
that will be 67% to Tipp and 33% to Kilkenny. That puts everything into perspective now doesnt it??

Wrong Again!!!!

Is there any truth in the rumour that Tipp are putting on 5 players from the subs bench on Sunday as Tommy Dunne wants the u21 players for the following Saturday I believe that the 5 from the bench plus the other ten should be just about enough to beat Kilkenny Sunday. It will save Tipp having to go and pick a few lads from the local crossroads like old times!!

man you are setting yourself up for some fall.

I think Sheedy should bring on Hennessy and Callinan, Pa Burke David Young and Kerwick and let the u 21 boys concentrate on Saturday week as that should be enough to beat the cats we have so much in strength!

Kilkenny are 50/1 for the 10-in-a-row
31 August 2010

Kilkenny are 50/1 for an unbeatable 10-in-a-row All-Ireland Hurling Championship run according to bookmaker Ladbrokes.

The Cats are on the brink of history with only 70 minutes separating them from the Liam MacCarthy Cup for a record fifth year in a row and are 6/4 to win six-in-a-row and 5/1 for seven with the bookmaker.

Hayley O'Connor of Ladbrokes said: "If Kilkenny's minors fulfil their potential then the Cats championship run could well be unstoppable. Change may come a knocking though and perhaps its time for the Premier to upset the odds!"

[Get your money on now Thurlesblues-looks like a good bet

yes I know too well but Hennessy would need the match practice against Kilkenny to get him right for Galway as he hasnt been on the first senior 15 whereas the rest of the u 21 boys have, thats why Id let Sheedy play Hennessy for awhile against the Cats just to sharpen him up a bit for Saturday week!!
