Jamir O'Reilly was recently promoted to Richmond Tigers' senior roster. He was one of bthe fastest & most skillfull forwards in Down last season, he certainly didnt rely on brute strength. blu (Down) - Posts: 1240 - 05/08/2010 15:08:34 736946 Link 0 |
If your mentioning Tohill I'd add Corkery and Brian Stynes Floops (Dublin) - Posts: 1623 - 05/08/2010 15:54:57 737047 Link 0 |
Blu, Coney didn't actually go as far as I am aware. I think he changed his mind, I could be wrong and he may have went for a week or two. maor_uisce (Tyrone) - Posts: 167 - 05/08/2010 16:22:26 737105 Link 0 |
pearce hanley is from ballaghdereen, co. roscommon lads! hanley2, i appreciate that longford has not had much success but that is delusion to say quinn is the best minor you have ever seen, that is unless you havent seen much minor matches! kilglasskrazy (Roscommon) - Posts: 80 - 05/08/2010 16:50:39 737151 Link 0 |
Judging by the hysteria coming from GAA officials there must be at least 5000 Irish lads over there, all captive slaves of course. Oddly enough, since Nicky Brennan left high office the drama seems to have died down. dhorse (Laois) - Posts: 11374 - 05/08/2010 16:51:43 737152 Link 0 |

It will be interesting to see which of the guys with Aussie rules experience will Tohill have in his squad. For me Kennelly, Clarke, O'hAilpin and Walsh will be picked.... maybe Begley as well Floops (Dublin) - Posts: 1623 - 06/08/2010 12:39:04 737945 Link 0 |

Fair enough Bosch there is a skill in that but where would the likes of Gooch & Dooher for example be in Aussie Rules? It's one of the very few sports where height & strength is more important than skill. county man (Limerick) - Posts: 1145 - 06/08/2010 13:38:55 738052 Link 0 |
County Man - Why don't you start watching some before you make comments like that....Look at the likes of Cyril Rioli, Lewis Jetta, Eddie Betts, Brad Johnson, Stevie Milne, Hayden Ballantyne, Stevie Baker, Jimmy Bartel etc etc as just some examples of small players.....
