The Cork minor football team is not that great. Now I dont know much about ARmagh only that they are All-Ireland champions (how many of those guys are eligible from last year's team?). Minor is always a difficult grade to predict. Despite Cork still being in it, if somebody told me that Longford will win the All-Ireland (even at our expense in the final) I would gladly accept that. I think they are evrybody's favourite team. Hope they do well.

bennybunny: tyrone thrashed armagh in the ulster final but to be fair they lost carragher right before throw-in. they have lost a lot of lads from last year. don't know much about the rest of the teams but you'd expect mayo minors to be good

This Tyrone team is fantastic from what I have heard. I haven't seen them play but apparently they will probably win the All-Ireland. Could anyone tell who are the players to watch for the future.

I seen both the Munster and Ulster minor finals this year . Tyrone should have no problem beating Kerry , although they really should have won Munster . The players are there for Kerry its just the backroom team . 3 south kerry lads is a joke in fairness . Eanna O'Connor is Tyrones biggest worry .

Havent seen much of Armagh but if it is the , more or less , the same team that won the minor championship last year , then i think they should win again , if Cork start as bad as they did in Fitzgearld Stadium .

It would would be nice to see Longford win it but realistically its gonna be a repeat of the 2008 Final between Tyrone and Mayo

Sure Tyrone will win it. They have the best team....blah blah blah. God you boys never shut up about how good ye think ye are. A few All Irelands won and ya think you can preach the bible about Gaelic Football. Give it a rest will some of you.

No its not. Look at previous trends. Some of the Tyrone lads never shut up about themselves. I will be going for Tyrone if Cork dont win it but
some of these lads turn me off.

Haha bobo and now rebeltrev have both had a go at Tyrone egos!!! Pot, Kettle, Black if the stereotype is to be believed. Such a pity though, the Cork posters on here are all pretty much sound.

Yeah, I heard Tyrone have a very strong minor team this year? Then again, with minors it's hard to predict. It's very much an 'on the day' kind of thing, especially once they get to Croke Park, much more so than at senior level. I remember in the drawn Kerry v Roscommon final a few years ago, Kerry cleaned up at midfield (led by a storming performance from Tommy Walsh) and were easily the better team but kicked the game away. In the replay, Roscommon were streets better and won it fair and square.
