Doyle is top scorer only cause he has played more games - you shoudl be looking at the average and then he doesn't make top 5!
Doyle is only top scorer cause he's played

Anyone know who is the top scorer from play (without the frees). Graham Reilly of Meath has to be up there.

John Galvin must be one of the most impressive players this year so far; Donie Shine is up there too. Bernard Brogan has been brillant for Dublin. Joyce for Galway

I think the above players stand out because they were such leaders for their teams; I could say Paul Galvin too in relation to that for Kerry. Tyrone as someone else said was very much a team.....lots of cohesion; no real need for a leader.

stefchin it's ironic that in a sentence where you ciriticise someone's english or their teacher that you make two mistakes yourself... it's 'your' english teacher, not 'you are' english teacher.....

what i meant about Alan costello is that you wouldnt have picked him as there best player the other games. The roscommon game- he was great. I watched him a good bit recently between sligo and also for It sligo and it was best im ever seen him play.

Ye i commented on declan o sullivan. I normally dont like kerry players (jealousy) but he has been brilliant

Big Joe. No one else could possibly ever score a goal like that. Simply the best.

The Gooch... When the pressure was on in big matches v Cork and Limerick he delivered. Best footballer in the country by a mile.

Brick Walsh in the Hurling

Football : Tough one - John Galvin has been good, but i'd say Michael Dara macauley has been very good too!

Hurling: It's between tommy Walsh and Michael "Brick" Walsh. Both have been great this year so far and have never been far from MOTM (both have won it twice)
