Bernard Brogan - Dublin
Graham Reilly - Meath
Alan Costello - Sligo (Formely Mayo)
Paul Galvin minus his alter ego "FishFingershook" - Kerry
Daniel Goulding - Cork
The Big no.8 from limerick who's name i cant think of - Limerick

Thats about all if you take it on the amount of games played...
(that is forgeting one match performances which would mean player of the week)

The big no.8 been John Galvin from Limerick buddy.

My favourite so far has been Daryl Flynn from Kildare.
And the little Kelly lad from Sligo along with The Gooch.

I thought Galvin had a relatively poor game against Cork. Took too much out of the ball.

Hard to chose really. Undoubtedly the most inspirational have been paddy keenan from louth and john galvin from limerick. Massive perfomances throughout and probably the main reason why both teams got as far as they did.

Bernard brogan pulled dublin through games when the rest seemed dead on their feet.

Declan sullivan has been great on the 40 for kerry and has pulled the string well.

Tyrone have had no stand out performers but they showed what they can do when they need to. Cavanagh and Dooher both kicking points at pivitol times.

Its impossible to pick who will get player of the year or that yet because players cant be judged till they play in the business end of the season. If rosscomon put up any show against cork then donie shine will probably worth a bet for young player of the year.

Costello had one great game. Of the results against mayo and galway you wouldnt pick him as their best player. What about Kelly from sligo either

You can't be serious who have they played Kildare,Westmeath and Meath
Myself a meathman deems the meath team very poor and you couldnt put us away controversy or no controversy
And then Dublin put you away finally!

Oh and whoever you're english teacher is she should'nt be teaching!

actually costello kicked a few massive scores against mayo, had 2 very good games against galway and was brilliant against roscommon. thats pretty consistent

i think john galvin had 1 good game against kerry and thats really it and so shouldn't be considered
declan o'sullivan has been very good actually as someone pointed out.

i am serious, they all deserve all stars and would get on any team. louth are much better than 90% of irish teams.

In my opinion Justin McMahon has been the best full back in the country over the last number of years.

A great testament to the man as this isn't even his natural position!

Bernard Brogan has been kept quiet by Reilly for Meath and John O'Brien from Louth so at present i wouldn't have him up with top ranking forwards for season

Johnny Doyle is the championships top scorer. Scores win matches so I beleive he's been player of the year so far.

Doyle only scored 1 from play against a poor Monaghan team... thats inconsistency
