Absolutely legend! So sorry that he will probably never win an AI.Sorry about the late posts but i was away.

About thurlesblues,IMO he is unbelievable but unfortunately now we cant have a serious discussion of hurling. The thing that annoys me is someone like thaty has posted way more than me when i actually care about the discussions on here

Back to Tony Browne.... do people think he has a few more years in him or will he call it a day.... I think he's played some of his best hurling this year and I don't know if they have a ready made replacement for him.... playing at 38 would be a great achievement in modern hurling I can't think of anyone since prior to the 90's doing this... think george o'conor was also 37 and storey was around that age too I think 36... I think tipps decaln ryan was 33/34 when he hung up his intercounty boots and Mark foley is 35 (maybe retired).... I know cummins is 35 but it easier for goalies to keep going.

I wwas speaking to many people today, the main topic was Tony Browne and how everyone wanted Tony to win an AI,everyone hopes he will give another go,even if he couldnt keep playing in thre half backline wouldnt he some man on the edge of the square,he would give any fullback a busy mafternoon

prior to the 90's doing this

This was a typo I meant after the the early 1990's as hurling went to I think a new level of fitness and really Gaa players were training like professionals.

re: thurlesblue I see you ignored what i posted earlier.... you nothing but a spoofer

hurlingdub:

As far as i know jury's croke park was booked out shortly after the galway game and he was out of the country at that stage... also He said on friday that he'd be having pints outside barry's hotel the day of the match.....

Also point of note I made a phonecall as i was leaving my seat in the cusack stand checked the phone there and that was at 17:09 yet thurlesblues left the stadium and got back to the hotel threw all the crowds logged on in his hotel room and continued posting till 8 or 9 that night... did they bring the pints to your room must have been fair crowded with 9 lads in there.

Strange also thurlesblues if you are the age you claim did you not have any kids or wife at the match also I'd find it hard to belive your 9 mates who would therefore be in thier mid forties would head to the match for the weekend in the same prediciment...

Also did you get a helicopter up as you seem to be posting on H.s all weekend and also past checkout time!!!!

That's a swiss chesse sort of a story your were telling there "dilusional views" (a.k.a thurlesblues) full of holes!!!

Now point 1.
I drank pints ouside Barrys hotel before the match not after the match.
2. Yes My wifw was with me
3. Yes Croke park was booked out after the Galway match and I booked it before Galway game as I already told ye that it would be a foregone conclusion that Tipp would be in the final again.
4. My 9 mates include males and their partners.
5. the clock on your phone must need to be reset cos the hotel is only 2 min walk from croker you must have had a bad seat cos I was in the premium seats man in and out quick
6. Get your facts right.

Now there hags have I answered your questions

thurlesblues:

Why barry's if you were staying in jury's croke park
but you left the son at home.
yet you didn't go to the galway match and you were out of the country
Couple of billy no-partners then??
Interesting I was in the cusack right beside the exit.... I waited for people comming down from the premium level and was 10 minutes waiting as the premium level are higher up and feed into one area with smaller exits which section of the premium were you in....
Also you were posting from 5.19 to 8.30 the day of the match when did you fit in the pints...
Would you know the price of a pint in jurys by any chance and which bar did ye have yer pints in....
what time did ye check out as you were still posting past check out time monday did ye say monday night too.

SPOOFER!!

SPOOFER!!

dont be worrying about my times and my places of visit hags
all you have to do is become more knowledgeable about the game of hurling
I told you back in June Tipp would be in the All Ireland final and all you kept asking was stupid unintelligent comments like" based on what" "if this" if that"
"could this"could that".

Now Hags as we are in the All Ireland final try and learn something about the game not worrying why I went for a pint in Barrys hotel before or after the game or what time I left the premier seats in croker
you are pathetic my man and you are not from Tipp at all!
