Patschat - We'll agree to disagree is about the best sense you've made in a while.
Just one last point thou. Paul Curran says the Sunday Game's job is to highlight controversial incidents, thats fair enough. However the least that can be expected of them when they highlight those incidents is that they are consistent in how they deal with players from different counties. In the case of Doherty, Galvin and Moran they blatantly have not been consistent, i.e. calling for "due process" to take its course in the Doherty and Galvin cases but calling on Moran to be suspended straight away. It stinks to high heaven and all decent GAA people should agree on that.

There was a little intension there, I have no doubht..But our lads were hitting with the same intensity..Colin Moran has never being a dirty player, and if it had being Dessie or someone stronger than Bannon (very Light) that Collie hit, then it wouldnt have looked as bad..I do honestly think that if Collie was part of another team and done the same thing it wouldnt have being highlighted half as much..TO MUCH ABOUT THIS...Well done on the win, we'll get ye yet..I'd love to see Whelan back for ye he made a huge differance and Bernard Brogn, Ye need him back, he ads another dimension to ye'r play, speed demon..With a full strength team, ye can go all the way, bit worried about your full back, altho Glennon is lightening...Best of luck in the final and go on and put Leinster back on the map and shut up munster and Connaught!!!

Fair play Jack Daniels. Best of luck in the qualifiers and who know we might meet again later in the year. If Westmeath stick with their gameplan like they did on Sunday they will be very tough opposition for anyone this year.

I don't know if collie moran's tackle was intended or other wise and i would like to think it wasn't, but this trial by media must be questioned, also this over analysing by so called gaa people on the sunday game is nothing short of riduculous. What next' who farted in the tunnel? surly they can fill air time by disscussing factual issues that happened on the pitch instead of relying on a glorified playstation game to fill ther time. any way best to luck to Dublin untill we meet again.

The GAA is going mad with its needless retrospective suspensions. It is impossible to say with any credibility that there ANY intent in this incident. It looks worse every time you see it and in slow motion but there's no way Moran could have meant to catch Bannon exactly where he did/when he did. Hard tackle, badly timed, slightly out, nasty injury, yellow card, end of... It's a man's game played at high speed and there is room within the rules to tackle hard. This is a witchhunt.

To Patschat and others. Please tell me what would have happened if Bannon had not slipped. And that is the kernal of the problem here.
