Short memories here. Alan Brogan???

Val Daly has 2 All Stars, if not 3, and no All Ireland. Great footballer.

I have no love for Armagh but Joe Kernan deserved a medal as a player for his display in the final back whenever it was. He shall have to settle for his all Irelands as a manager I suppose. And Nudie Hughes totally deserved one too

Lads, its a joke none of these teams include Nudie Hughes, one of the all-time greats, never mind one which never won an all-ireland. 3-time all-star, both in the backs and the forwards.

Is there any other player with as many all-stars(or even more), and no all-ireland? Could be a good few, just can't think of the top of my head. Talking about past players here too, the likes of cluxton etc. still have a good chance of winning one.

Mentioning modern day footballers is all well and good but look at peter canavan success can come rite at the end. so ciaran whealan, tom freeman, kevin mc cloy etc shouldn't be thrown in this category just yet.

a few that i would mention are willie joe padden, joe kernan, frank mc guigan, eugene mckenna, declan browne, dermot earley snr and possibly junior cause his chances are slim, glen ryan, peter mc ginnity, nudie hughes, ciaran mc donald by the looks of it, i wud agree with vinny claffey and finbar cullen was a great footballer also, the list probably goes on but ill leave it til the rest of u
