Limerick hurlers in mid 90s. Briliant team but despeartely unlucky. TJ Ryan, Ciaran Carey, Mark Foley, Gary Kirby, Damien Quigley etc... I would think few would disagree.

Here's a couple, starting with the Mayo lads of note:

Gabriel Irwin
WillieJoe Padden
James Nallen
Liam McHale
Ciarán McDonald

Dermot Earley, Roscommon
Kevin O' Brien, Wicklow's only All Star as far as I know
Pakie McGarty, Leitrim - Played Inter county in 4 generations from 49-72, got to 6 connacht finals without winning any, and competed on various Railway cup teams, winning three (when the Railway Cup meant something)
Eamonn O' Hara, Sligo

Sure there's hundreds of these lads. Most players dont have an allireland medal

We could certainly include the current dublin panel. Never have won an all ireland and never will

NWMeath. Well Connie Murphy and Karl O'Dwyer are the only two Kerrymen that won all Stars but did not win an All Ireland senior medal.

surely frank mcguigans 11pts from play in 1984 ulster final must make him worhty of a mention - iggy jones up there as well mckenna, donaghy, mccabe and lynch all worthy of a mention

sean marty lockhart liam mchale and anthony rainbow are some from outside my own county who deserve a mention

still shocked nobody had mcguigan in there!

Sorry to contradict you whiter... Jason Sherlock has an All Ireland medal from 1995.
If you were to include All Ireland medals in age groups also then quite a few of the current crop have All Ireland Under 21 medals - Barry Cahill, Alan Brogan, Bryan Cullen and possibly 1 or 2 more. Then there's the lads who have won an All Ireland club medal with St Vincents this year.

Also you could add Trevor Smullen and Padraig Davis from Longford onto that list.
