"Its the league. I wouldn't be too excited. Last piece of silverware won by Galway was the Galway Plate."

Actually PROC_Hurler you'll find that you're incorrect. The last piece of silverware Galway won is the National Hurling League Division 1 title. They won it last Sunday 2nd May 2010 and they beat your county of COrk on a scoreline of 2-22 to 1-17 - that's an eight point margin.

Grrr I hate inacurate posters on here. I'm sorry if you weren't aware of the above result or of the fact that indeed silverware was awared for winning the competition but all in all the last piece of silverware won by Galway was the League Division 1 Hurling title 2010.

corkieinkerry we could do without negative posters like yourself on this site. Not once in your message did you acknowledge galway's great performance! In sport you cant always win and my advice to cork would be to be more gracious in defeat.

Corkieinkerry: Please refer to your WUM Spotting Manual before you reply to any previous posters accusing you of "sour grapes".

PROChurler: Please refer to Corkieinkerry's posts to learn a lesson in sportsmanship, before someone fairly accuses you of sour grapes.
