Templeport v Killdallon should be a fine game. With Duignan back in action and Killdallon having played 3 games of competitive football since Templeport beat Cornafean i think they have an edge. However Reilly will have his work cut out for him against Templeports full back who marked him well in the last game and has no fear of his reputation, he also has a sharper keeper to beat this time around.
With Templeports young half forward back starting the pressure of scoretaking is not solely on MacManus as it was before and i think he will show up a lot better than he did in the teams previous encounter. Templeports backs have made some uncharacteristic errors in late games and they will need to regain league form if they're going to handle Reilly Duignan and Shane Reilly. Kildallon i believe are getting over their mental block of beating Templeport which had dogged them in the last 2 years even when Templeport were at an all-time low.
Its very hard to call but im going to Say Kildallon will win by 2 or 3.

have to agree it looks like a Drung Shercock final now providing they avoid each other in semis. Drung never looked in bother against powerade who were very poor on the day would have expected more. Drung have strong midfield who took munchies to the cleaners. Shercock were best team against arva who were very strong down the whole spine of team but out on they wings Shercock were in control had 2 good wingback also who done damage. Should get to final after they got over Arva hurdle this year.
Kildallon & Shannon Gaels to win other two q/f but not capable of beating other 2 semi finalists.

Templeport to beat Kildallen on saturday by 2 points. They play much better as underdogs which they are seeing as everyone is writing them off. They are stronger in goals at midfield and in the half forward and half back lines than in the last encounter. R Maguire will be well able for Duignan as he had been in the past. It will be very tight Kildallen will never give the game away easily but i think the Port can do it.

As a shercock man im delighted the way things have gone so far for us. A couple of good perfomances so far but as we know very well by now that wont count unless we have 2 more! A semi-final draw with Drung would be my choice.Keep us on our toes!

Drung look the stand out team in the J.C, seen them against the munchies and looked very good, but how good are the munchies is the question?not very good I tink! Shercock are very beatable, arva and m.nugent ran them close but jus werent good enough on the day.. Shannon Gaels vs M.nugent this w.end, this is very close to call, I tink shannon gaels are the better team on paper but m.nugent should be goin in wit confidence after beating them in the league and also ave a few champ matches behind them. Jus tink m.nugent could struggle to contain s.gaels forwards in breffni... Any opinions??

Reckon Gaels-M.ngent game will be very close..geals are a great footballing side but M.n hav a few championship games under there belt...Gaels forwards are very good but any team that scores 4-8 in a championship match hav to be considered to have a good enuf forward line!!
Kildalan should get past T.Port if they play the way they can....
Still cant see a team that would put it up 2 a fit Drung side in Breffni!!!

Templeport v Killdallan I have seen the last two encounters between these two clubs and to honest i can see only one winner.Templeport look like the team with the greater hunger and they have invested in new trainers and mangement.They have improved greatly since last year and i cant see the Killdallan team having the same hunger or bottle when the chips are down.Templeport would be a very good bet for the junior championship and if the get over this match the will be very hard stopped.

M/Nugent will have there work cut out against S/Gaels at the weekend.Eamonn Reilly and McHugh are very good footballers and if they perform they can beat any junior team. Shannon Gaels to win by 4 points. Templerport to beat Killdallan by 5 points. More hunger and bottle in this Templeport team when the going gets tough Killdallan will not want to know.The only have two forwards and they can be stopped.

The bulmers5 (well most of them anyway) r back in Shercock. The policitics has also returned. Well organised stage management. Meathman drafted in to take the credit along with local builder. The carpenter and electrician will definatley hold onto places now.

2 good Q finals in prospect. v hard to call between templeport and Kdallan, downright hunger could be the deciding factor, KD probably a little slicker but their neighbours have guts in abundance, and some sharp footballers. in the other game it could simply come down to who plays better, givney or e. reilly. reckon givney has more good players around him than reilly tho... templeport and mountnugent wins... well thats what i think, for what its worth

Have to agree with the comment about the m/nugent forward line, lethal from any kind of range! Seen them play the last couple of games and if the right ball goes in to the forwards there are unstoppable on their day! Caffrey is a big strong footballer and if John brady is named alongside him in the forwards it will add a lot of steel to the attack also! A mountnugent win for me and 3 points from the master brady!

story very simple. Good manager (not manager on paper) and good trainer. Abit of player power mixed in with manager (ie manager on paper). Good manager and good trainer decide anough is anough and leave it to the attention seekers.

Shercock were goin to win championship. Should still as they have players but the honesty and craft has been pushed out and only time will tell.

as a shercock player i beg the commitee or senior people around the club to please get this mess sorted out before tuesday nite. We had best traner and mentor we had in years and they were let go as if some people were delighted to see their backs. bootom line is that we have a super chance of winning c'ship if we can get back to where we were 1 week ago. Played lavey yesterday and got hammered. H/T a mess. Line a mess. Almost beat the same team 3 weeks ago. Lavey player told me after he could not believe it was same set up! I told him it wasn't!

Templeport beat killdallon by a point and mountnugent hammered gaels 2-12 - 1-10. Templport playing mountnugent in semi and drung and shercock. Set for a nail biting finish. I think yobo on his first point in this j.c post may have been right, Templeport to take it, was at the game saturday eve and a very guttsy performance very fair hard hiting football. They'll be hard stopped.

Was at the Templeport v Killdallan game on sat evening, Well done 2 tport, in particular ciaran mc manus he kicked some great points and took his goal well, kildallan never looked like gettin an equaliser in last 10mins wit 2men markin ronan reilly and d crowded midfield, tport looked solid around midfield and should be able 2 advance 2 d final at d expence of mnugent
