____________

I made an argument against us being part of a British Union
I am however concerned that this is a forum read by younger students
DPC as our leading Poster is surely someone who commands respect
Dell has stated that Northern Ireland is not part of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
It is my view that this is a factually incorrect statement regardless of ones political ideology
I have suggested that Dell clarify or confirm his statement as Im am concerned that some of our younger readers may think that Dell is correct

For the record do you agree with his statement and please do not widen the debate - Is Northern Ireland no longer a part of the UK (YES OR NO)

_______________

Once again I must confirm that at no stage in this debate have I advocated that Ireland should be part of the British Empire or otherwise for that matter
so I would feel that it is rather premptive that you attempt to make any judgement on my national pride.
I do however feel it is important to understand what the status quo is in order to have a view on whether one accepts it or if one desires change.
In this context I would feel that it is important to clarify what the juristictional boundaries are before we seek change. It is far more important than insulting each other because petty squabbling is in no ones interest. But before I sign up for the quest for greater good I think it important to know whether or not my potential comrades understand what we are fighting for

so YES or NO is Northern Ireland part of the United Kingdom or has it already been annexed in which case the point is moot.

a nation once again , a nation once again.... la la la la la ..... a nation once again.
end of?

I remember that from the 1980s and maybe now again.

"Starvation once again, starvation once again,

No bread, no ham, no cheese, no jam,

Starvation once again"

Very apt for the times that are in it.

Dear Mad,

Leave Dell alone.

I was hoping to understand - because Dell and TA 32 seem to know what they are talking about - Although I am worried that TA32 hasn't the stomach for a few questions. To quote the Your a funny guy scene in Goodfellas "he may fold under questioning"

Look the thread began by saying that we would be better ruled under Britain. That is obviously incorrect. That should be ethe end of the thread but why do I get the feeling it's not going to be?
