They can't be compared, the same way Shefflin and Carey can't be compared, they are completely different hurlers. Carey got slatted for choking in all ireland finals, Canning hasn't been to one yet, if he gets to a couple and doesn't play well, people will hands down say Shefflin. Only time will tell.
