louth played our b team but played quite well bit still have to resort to the dirty tactics

you couldnt be trying to say that louth were using dirty tactics in that match?
i was at the game and if any team was dirty it was cavan - padraig rath got his ankle broken , a cavan player got sent off for stamping on a louth player and the most shocking was when a member of the cavan management started pushing one of the louth players!
Dirty louth tactics for sure!

This is how low we have sank.. A Cavan wind up Merchant has to come on and say that we're going to WIN Ulster to get a rise out of people.. For a county with 39 Ulsters titles this is humiliating.. We now have people like the one who started this thread with no respect for tradition, Cavan GAA is a joke to them. Says it all really..

You need to get out more, go to a good book shop and buy the "power of positive thinking" you see 20 years ago we could beat Monaghan with our eyes closed but now we would get turned over by them by 20 pts. You and your negative ilk and your shame about your county have dragged the mentality down so low that if someone dreams you think that THATS a new low. Wake up stop doffing the cap and support your county "John Smith" and don't apologise for being a CAVANMAN!

well said Jon for whats it worth Cavan like ourselves on their day can be a dangerous outfit. I certainly would not take a match against them in the summer lightly if we get that far. Anyway it doesn't serve either county any good engaging in pointless slagging matches. Down are my dark horses in Ulster this year.

stand up for your county aim high lose the inferiority complex

Look at Meath and Donegal their confidence wins games and gets them on unlikely runs in the back door and more luck to them

Although the run comes to a shuddering halt when either of them meet Cavan
