mayo looking good. they've used up alot of their quota of wides for the year
.

I was thinkin that myself voiceofreason. There is a very real possibility that mayo may not hit another wide for the rest of the year. All other counties better BEWARE

Yeah I am using the same calculator for Tyrone , the wides against Derry/Mayo and Monaghan cost us 6 points lol so Polish up SAM its in the bag this year . Yes I am being sarcastic.

To the jacks, after your very impressive start to the league campaign as a matter of interest, where would you predict your championship run to end or will ye win it? Who will have the longer summer Mayo or Dublin?

don't be so impatient , lets wait and see what happens , all we want is to be in division one next year and it looks like our first aim has been succesfully achieved , i know alot of people are saying dublin shouldnt win leinster bla bla bla ... rubbish , i would like to think we will win leinster , i cant stand seeing dublin lose it makes me feel physically sick , im more old fashioned , i dont believe in this meath doing well cause they where in the qualifiers lark , i think they got where they did last year because they worked hard and believed they could , they arent a team of bottlers like we where the previous two championships , if we win leinster in the summer and at least put up a game of it against a so called top team in the all ireland , then ill be relativly happy with the year , if i see their hands , the hands of our rivals northbound of the m1 , or kildare for that matter , lifting the silverware we have won the last 5 years in a row , i wont be impressed , the more we win it the longer i want the run to go , so to conclude , a very succesful year for dublin would be to win sam obviously , but realistically that wont happen this year because dublin are now a team in transition , so winning leinster and puttin up a bit of a fight and not bottlin it in an all ireland quarter final will be a good year and something to build on .... i wouldnt mind a league final now either but thats being greedy .. we will see what happens

51longago what about mayo ? what would your hopes and expectations be mate ?

that's exactly how i feel about Leinster, some people say what Dublin need is a good run in the qualifiers... to me that would be a disaster because it would mean losing the Leinster title. Good post mate
