hard luck at the weekend lads. you put in a trojan effort. all credit must be given to yourselves and your management team for the way in which you played and the way you kept plugging away until the end. every man played his part. you were just missing that wee bit of luck that a team like louth needs when coming up against the big guns. it reminded me of the many days of excitement we had in the early 90s when we had a decent senior team and were putting it up to the likes of dublin, meath, kildare and laois.
