Now got to Microsoft word and do the following!!!
1. Open up word.
2. Type in capitals Q33 NY. This is the flight number of the first plane to hit one of the towers.
3. Highlight the Q33 NY.
4. Change the font size to 48.
Then change the actual font to WINGDINGS

The two flights to hit WTC were American Airlines Flight 11 and United Airlines Flight 175.. US airlines do not put letters before flight numbers.
