572969 Ahhh i knew someone would pick up on this. You will need food, drink and camping equipment at Oxegen aswell wont you?? So in theory I'm only paying for the flights which I just checked are 93 euro. Thats one way (I'm staying over there for a while) Comes down to a simple choice really, would ya rather hang out at a festival in Eastern europe or a festival in a field in Kildare. Hmmm tough choice.

I would in my stones go to a country I haven't got a clue how to speak the language and vice versa.Hope your fluent in Romanian, and at least you can bring your own food and all to oxegen.

a lot of those eastern european countrys are quite racist especially if they have a lot of drink on them, and assume your english. which makes it impossible to tell them your actually irish

Have you ever even been in Easten europe?? Or have you watched Hostel once too many times?? They dont eat wild dogs or anything ya know. Most things taste the same if not better. Chocolate, bread, eggs, milk, its the exact same. The crisps are great over there. I recently spent time in Estonia and didn't have any problems with the language barrier. Most Etonians can speak 3 languages, Estonian, Russian and Finnish. How many can the average Irish person speak?? Trust me, if you go to Tallinn, or Sarajevo or Zagreb or wherever you wont ever want to come home.

I left my heart in talinn.Estonian women are quite simply the most beautiful in the world. And friendly an all.I would highly recommend a visit.I am not aware if there is a major concert you could go to,sure you could always let on.
Who is the dude who is constantly on about his Polish missus?I'll tell you she would'n be a patch on Estonian women.

Duffy, a trip abroad might not do you any harm at all.

8 days camping in Bucharest for E170 (+E90 flights), or 3days camping in a bog in Kildare (at least I think Punchestown is in Kildare, could be wrong) for E224. Friendy people and beautiful women vs drunks vomiting and urinating everywhere. Not to mention the rip-off prices you pay for everything at Oxegen, and this year's poor lineup.

You trying to say the woman in Ireland are all rotten and puke up all over the place ?.I agree with you on rip off price's but it's something to look forward to for the summer for the people who can't leave the country just for a music festival like.

Hungary = Beautiful woman, gorgeous beer, everything cheap cheap cheap (in other word's the land of milk and honey)

Ireland = Horrible women, rotten beer, everything dear dear dear (in other word's a ****hole)

Well then my friend you've never been to electric picnic. It's the opposite to oxegen, bar of course price's but that's nationwide over everything (gig's,matches, play's)

Super Bock Super Rock in Lisbon.

€70 for 3 days camping, usually a really good line up, sunny weather, brilliant city, Only2 hours down the road

Duffy, I have said earlier on this thread that I was at EP last year, but that it was too expensive. And it's on in a bog in Laois, which are possibly worse than the bogs in Kildare.

I have also already said that I will be attending Rock Am Ring, which is a festival in Germany. Look up Germany in your atlas. E250 for 7days camping, and a FAR better lineup than Oxegen. I feel this is waay better value than your E224 for 3days camping at Oxegen or E250ish for EP.

You scoffed at someone going to a concert in Romania without any good reason, so that is why I responded to your post.

Is there anyway I can upgrade my 3 day non camping ticket to a 3 day camping ticket. Bought the non camping ticket way back in March but have had a change of heart since.
