Galgets were the better team and had a lot of players missing!! How long has it been since yous have won a championship? Very funny hope Ballycran hammers you's in both games. Yous also had like 20 other people on the pitch. Cant wait til Sunday!!

Having a team withdraw from the club championship really shows the state of down hurling. No wonder they can't compete on any level

Surprised that the games being played at all so close to the Senior final. Even more surprised that its on at the same time as the football final is on TV.

There's no mention of it on the Antrim fixtures site.

Portaferry will put a dud team out if this match is on and will still destroy ballygalget for two reasons
Reason 1 : We have better players on the bench
Reason 2: Ballygalget cud never play aswell with as poor as team as they did last week

Cold winter ahead for ballygalget, no championship and relegated

dickdan - you should really step out into the real world, and join the rest of society. The rubbish you come out with only exists in your wee bubble.

It'd be hard to see Downpatrick playable after all that rain either.

Can any of the galgets report on the state of their pitch and the likelihood of it drying out in time?

Quarter of the pitch is flooded, but if no rain for rest of the week, then it should be ok.

Ballygalget need to get there drainage sorted, afterall quite alot of finals will be held there if they meet and ards team in the semi final. Gud luck to Portaferry on saturday, i predict another win by a margin of 4 points or more but i will guarentee the win. Long john, sliothar, galget man and brick top, what you think the result will be. Dickdanman never gets it wrong

Portaferry won't be as bad as they were against Ballygalget and certain personnel will be given jerseys with 17+ on the back, but I'm not sure they have the strength in depth they think they have. I'd be happy for both Coleman's to be starting especially Barry as the legs have gone and can be exposed better on the big pitch. We'll need big games out of the usual suspects, Sean, Michael, Coyler, Aidan Clarke, Paul Keith etc, and others to do their bits, as the Ports are fairly strong up the middle but lacking down the wings and we'll need to keep every ball hugging the sidelines.

I think we'll win by 2, but if its let go a bit, we'll win by 5 or 6.

Ports will be relying on Dule from dead balls yet again
