Now we have a great management team and all our players back i am very confident we can reclaim our title and bring Mr McVeigh back home were he is happiest! I just think with dule and all our players fit we are confortably the best team in Down! whats all the fuse about ballycran? they won 2 championships in 16 years, embarrasment, and they havent beat portaferry in 16 years when it really matters the day the men come out!

That team would be far to strong for a bunch of wee fancy hurlers from bcran! it would be to fast and cute for the men from ballygalget! can any1 produce a better team or a team from either the 2 other clubs who are gona suffer at the hands of these boys come september!

i think Barry Coleman has marked magic in prior games wuth great success. i think m Hughes marked him well in last years final so i dont think size in an issue.

In all honesty i feel that all these portaferry teams are far off what the team will be. You have to be realistic if you want the team to suceed.
1: Mursur (Possibly bestkeeper in county)
2: D.Coffey/F.Rodgers (See who preforms the best over the year)
3: Murph (Best fullback in the county)
4:Zelda (Experienced)
5:R.Mc grattan (Half backline fit enuf to play for county or provence)
6: Coleman
7: Coogie
8: Andy Savage (Best midfielder in the provience)
9: A.O'prey ( Great up coming midfielder, will be better equipped after last years experience)
10: K. mc garry (Preforming great or the county)
11:P.Brannif ( Best forward about, no need to say anything else)
12. B.Murray( Fantastic ball winner and great determination)
13:C.Mageen (Just like a.oprey will benefit from playing last year)
14:C.O'Prey ( If portaferry are looking for scores asides from dule, he would be the best bets for a goal with his speed, direct to net)
15: S. Conlan (A roaming midfielder, this would leave great space for mageen and c.oprey to exlpoit the space)/ N.Kelly (Good bet for goals)
