Dellboy, what do refs have to do? Turn up on the day. Please dont tell me they are doing training, i have seen umteen refs who dont leave the middle third of the field. They get travelling expenses relative tho the distance they have to travel (usually no more than an hours drive). Are you seriously attempting to put the commitments of a club referee on a par with that of an inter county player!

The master, any 'profit' that the GAA makes goes back into the clubs and inter county teams. If you havent even a basic grasp of how the GAA works then you probably shouldnt comment.
