Happened to be at the kilcock and balyna game thursday night,have to say balyna looked very strong beating kilcock well even though they were missing cribbin and a few others i think. Going on that performance they should be there or there abouts come the end of the championship... Anyone????

Maynooth play Leixlip Tuesday evening. Does anyone else find it ridiculous that the county minors are not permitted to play club games during the week? Whatever about training with the club, they should be atleast allowed tog out for their club team which has coached them all the way up and helped bring them to the level they are now at

i see where your coming from CTPF but would you not rather keep them for the Dublin game! Theres not much point lining out for a league game which wont mean anything and risky getting injured and possibly missing the Dublin game! I think its the right choice to protect players to be honest!

Well from what ive heard county players wernt meant to be playing for their clubs last week and Ballyna played them all except Cribben and Cocas didnt which might say alot! Heard Cocas were missing a few aswel but with Leixlip they are both struggiling severly in Div 1! Out of their depth if you ask me but as i said i still think maynooth will win! Theres no stopping them

was just at the Leixlip and Maynooth game. Leixlip are improving big time. will be tough to beat come championship. Maynooth looked like they were missing 5 or 6 including county players. seemed very rusty. Maynooth won in the end 1-11 to 8 points. probably should have been more . conditions werent great and they must have kicked 20 wides. Best ive seen Leixlip play all league and they were missing Tommy

maynooth beat Leixlip 1-11 to 0-06. poor enough, sloppy in defence and wasteful up front. Leixlip better than previous results suggest. deffo a wake up call for maynooth with both celbridge and athy still to play. Did either of those teams play last week? Results?
