Maynooth 4-17 Kilcock 0-3 . Very strong display by Maynooth. Kilcock never even had a chance of scoring til all the Strong Maynooth players went off at half time. Defnitely a force to be reckoned with this year. Comerford had another great game

So the secret to winning the championship is... what? Playing poorly, not really trying to win the League? I haven't seen any team, regardless of the score, who weren't trying to play their best, to win the game. Of course there's an intensity to any knock-out competition. Where do you learn to create that intensity? Check out those teams that regularily win All-Irelands or are competive in the All-Ireland series. Then check out the teams who win the League regularily. Surprise, surprise they're the same teams.
