London Football Squad

Irishrover you are a strange one. You'd also want to come up with your own phrases instead of latching onto mine the whole time. Anyhow, I'm going to wash my hands of you Irishrover as I am, and no doubt others on here, getting bored of me proving you wrong and putting you in your place the whole time.

Ballsofgaelic you must be applauded for your posts which has given additional information to us fellow Hogan stand bloggers on the state of the London football squad and the bucks running it. Or shall I say buck, as correct me if I'm wrong but I thought it was meant to be a 3 man management panel this year. But all I seem to be hearing and reading is Dunning pipeing up the whole time.

Been away for a week or so, but I see ---- is at it again! At least now he admits being bitter and disgruntled, typical of someone dropped off the panel! Sour grapes I think! Give it up lad, you've transferred home anyway, maybe running from the players you're upsetting on here?! I have no info on what's happening re injuries etc cos I've been away, will post on here when I find out, anyone else know anything? Geraghty egan Fitzgerald etc???

Cheers Johnmills I honestly wish I could be more positive..
berealistic.... again you jump straight to the defence of the manager as though it hits a very personal nerve with you.
now here is the situation .. you are totally wrong in whom you have declared me to be. That did't really bother me up untill now..I am a hurler in this county and probablly won't even kick a football all season, but I am signed and reg wit a football team here....
I am also very good friends with the person that you have insulted , , that you have vendectively persued and tried to make a target
of, by twistting my posts around and make them sound like I have personally insullted players where it is the management I have mainly questioned all along and tried to lead people to believe that I was a certain person that we all no you have a personal vendetta against and you are trying to seek retrobution in the form of making him a target and turning good GAA people against him.
Yes I have commented on players but I would say justly so I might add...

I have more to say on this matter but first you may reply on situation so far bereal.

I am absolutely delighted that you have washed your hands of me as you put it Johnny Genuis Mills......that is music to my ears....you have once again proved to be a nothing only a clown winding people up....it makes you feel great to come on and get witty comments in on the internet everytime someone puts in a post that doest even relate to your problem..............a strange one you are JohnnyMills....pull the other one....you make out you are some sort of beacon of Honesty and Integrity...it makes me laugh so much to here you take what you feel is the moral high ground.....its very funny indeed.....you have a very high opinion of yourself.....with your "I NEVER GET ANYTHING WRONG" comments......a strange one indeed. And the real hum dinger of them all.......you say you "proving me wrong and putting me in my place the whole time"................thats hilarious.....it really is.....proving me wrong ive never indulged you in any topic....you have always tried to force your way into an arguement.....when i make very relevant points......should a player be brought straight back into a county squad after a serious injury before even performing well again for his club............i feel thats a relevant point.........and genuis others do to...................also i said should a player while very gifted and talentd be allowed to play county football when they are very very out of condition......that was another decent point.....but not for you genuis............you have to take up arms and fight as if you are one of the two individuals or a chum on the London pannel....and every time you got near your laptop you typedup your little sarsastic procotive comments.............and now you have the cheek to come on and take the moral high ground...........you have been shown up lad........take it and learn your lesson.....wash your hands of me and we can both leave each other to it....

balls of gaelic is 100% right in all that he says. the management of the county team has always been a shambles though. as long as i can remember this town has been known for only one thing, lads coming over th eweek beforer champo and going straight into the squad.

why would players bother, but then again, all the lads that train from january should know the score and if they're not good enough they should be back playing with their clubs.

there's lads a out there with london with league games under their belts/shorts and they wouldn't get a kick on TCG's senior team, not a kick.

good man balls, let me state that i have never defended the management of the county team on here, check my posts, i have only defended the players in any post, the ones that you have so publicly slated on here, including two club mates of my own as i have stated before! To me its not the players fault if they are not good enough, they responded to a call from the management, do you expect them to turn it down?! Fine if theyre not good enough, at least they were given the chance! I couldnt give a hoot for the management and have never even mentioned any of them, but I dont like it when players are slated for doing their best by people with ulterior motives, simple as that!

Anyone know who played for London in their challenge match the weekend? The result was nothing short of an embaressment (Carlow 1-23 London 0-5), doesn't bode well for the upcoming Championship match!!!!

Learn to spell "embarrassment" Ollie.
London still have a lot of injuries so I would say it wasnt the best 15 on the day.

Different scoreline to what I heard - 1-16 to 0-10. Still poor though.

Roscommon are 20-1 ON with P Power even though they are playing away !! You'd have to put 100 grand on it to win 5 grand. And to think the bank won't give me the loan .......

London Supporters should keep the faith esp after seeing how close New York ran Galway and Galway are streets ahead of Roscommon.

I'd say you're closer to the team than your average "LondonSupporter" and falsely assume you know people writing on this board. I've been as optimistic a London supporter as any over the last few years but if you think you have a hope in hell against Roscommon - with your performances over the last couple of months, then you need to help.

LondonSupporter i'm afraid your once again mistaken with your 'Ollie' reference!!! London wont beat Roscommon but hopefully they will give them a game and go down with a fight!!!!! People wonder why London continue to struggle to compete with other teams, is this any wonder when London minors dont compete in the Connacht Championship but rather go on a jolly to the US for 2 weeks to play below average teams! What a joke!

After our close encounter with Galway logged on here to see how preparations were going for your game with Roscommon. As with all our overseas teams wish you to best. Seems to be a lot of politics and questioning going on though.
We have had exactly the same issues for years even everybdy here saying how much Galway were going to hammer New York by and how we should pull out of championship and save ourselves the embarrassment and questioning how certain players were playing. But this year was different, completely new management team came in, all the best players committed, kept their heads down and trained like dogs for 3 months. They made everyone here very proud and I hope that it shows London that with the proper attitude you can certainly compete at this level. Good luck.
