551407 What is this rubbish about the boys needing a break, they weren't allowed train for two months at the end of the year would this not have been the time to take a holiday.
When Louth start playin games in September and even August for that matter youll understand ________________________ Kilkenny won the hurling All - Ireland last September for the 4th yr. in a row.3 or so week's after this game Ballyhale Shamrock's won the Kilkenny Senior Hurling Championship.Early December they won the Leinster Senior Championship.2 week's ago Ballyhale played Wexford Senior's (and won).So tell me this 09KY36,where's the Ballyhale player's break ?,or does it not count because it's a club ?
Im not the one saying they deserve a break but if they want to wats the big deal their gonna be tryin out new players anyway, if u as an amateur sportsman had decided to go away for a week or 2 and the best time for u to do this (or the most desirable time for u to do it - i mean their goin to the biggest sporting event in the world!!!!) would be during time wen you also have an amateur game to play in which you may not even get a game would u stay around for ur match??
If you're a Kerry player & you're working full time in a job, you work and you train from January to September. You more than likely don't have much time off during the year because of your counties success. Then the 4th week in September you sped the week nearluy celebrating so you're into October and then your club happen to be in the quarter finals of the county championship more training, it;'s the middle of oct and your playing the county final, are you saying they don't need a break after that. Louth have a nice break between end of championship 9other teams start) and the O'Byrne Cup.
