Meath set to seal new sponsorship deal

(Oldest Posts First) - Go To The Latest Post

Meath look set to unveil their new partner for a sponsorship deal next week, according to sources within the county board.

This Saturday night's NFL Division Two opener against Armagh will see Eamonn O'Brien's team wearing the jerseys with the name of their previous sponsor, Menolly Group, across the front, despite the house-builders having ended their lucrative deal midway through a three-year term before Christmas last year.

Meath county board chairman, Barney Allen, remains confident that a new sponsor will be located soon. "We are doing our best to be in a position to make an announcement at next Monday night's committee meeting," said the Royal County chairman.

Anyone got any word on who this might be?
People still sticking with their previous guesses?
