and there were definitely 4 trials, 1 for south west, another for south.
Trial for a selection of players and another who were not on that selection and keepers.

the whole selection process was a shambles compared to other counties. maybe throughout the league more players will get drafted in, probably all from LD as 8 may not already be enough for them

Yea i heard about the two new "additions". I agree that this is unfair and i cant see either of the two making any real impact as i dont think either have the abillity. But i think this is down to the managers, their inexperiance has shown and they havent realised that this is the wrong way to operate in a county minor team.

one of the creggan men, conor mccann, he's useful enough, the other one, is still u17, next year he should be an asset to the minor team next year, he's not county minor material yet

Kylan Allsop should be in, from st johns club. Patrick McBride didn't start for the under 16s last year, never mind the minors this year, Marc Jordan didnt start minor for Lamb Dhearg and young murray played full forward. I think this has to be the work year in a while, not due to talent but due to the management team and they havent even kicked a ball. Don't know much about the country boys as a city man.

Why would they not be that good robinhood?? Do I sense a bit of the green eyed monster there?? Jealousy is a terrible thing and some people just cant accept that some players are decent because of the club they play for. Now, if Im not mistaken creggan are current u21 champions and have won th elast two monor championships. Going on that assumtion would it not be reasonable to suggest that there may be some very good players in and around those age groups?? It would also mean that the players in question here have played against, and beaten, players from other clubs of the same age on their way to these fine championship wins and hance perhaps deserve the chance to represent the county. These facts lead me to believe that your opinions are bourne mainly from sour grapes at perhaps having being outplayed by the two creggan men and their comrades in recent times. Would be interesting to know your club robin, although i have a sneaky suspicion that you are not far away from the kickhams club.......only a hunch though :)

Cant remember being beaten by yous before robin. You did win the water polo match we played though. Must have been disappointing being turned over on the big opening day of the pitch though :)
