Square Ball Ref Thank you for the info. I do agree that it was a great weekend of football a pleasure to see all the young bucks and lassies enjoying themselves. I will look up the feile information on the web and might take a drive over and watch a bit more of the youngsters.

kylie and jason were a great combo in the full forward line danni let them down with her lack of speed.

Ha ha lads ever remember how Marathon changed it's name to Snickers? Seems to be happening here now too. EGB --- In past 10 years they have won 8 championships and you have won what to boast about? Maybe if you tried to run your club and teams like Macs do you may win something and could call yourselves a GAA club not a front for a soccer club.

Well well after all their talk on here about fixtures Marys got today's game called of for a joke of a reason. They are right on one thing the intermediate league is a joke. Their seems different standards with different clubs for calling off games.

The biggest grievance that Mary's had with their games been called off was that that the clubs they were meant to be playing were not informing them until an hour before the start!! The mary's mitchell's game for whatever reason was called off early friday evening.
I'm not too sure what you mean by different standards with different clubs? I can tell you that Mary's have never received any sort of special treatment in the past. Surely you are referring to the big birmingham clubs!!
What i will agree with you on is that the league is a joke...

A joke of a reason St Marys had there game called off...........??

We had lads picked to play in the county team, thats the reason why?

We are not going to get in to the whole 'Lads at inter should not be playing County when there are lads playing senior excuse blah blah blah'

Ireland 80, take it your a Mitchells man, can you explain why Mitchells have not travelled to Wolverhampton the last 2 years for league games?? Least we told the county on the Friday night, not like you on a Sunday morning when you failed to turn up.

Black and White
I dont consider having 1 sub on the county hurling team and 1 or 2 subs on the county football team a valid reason. There should be a certain number missing for this to occur.
As for your comment about not playing last year you were given a choice to re-arrange or take the points. You took the points and then complained about lack of games.

how did the county get on ? and can anyone name the team , im sure they must have had a good turn out with intermediate games being called off to accomadate them , with l 6 senior teams with squads of 25 to 30 each , the manager must have had the pick of the best part of 100 players ,i know not everyone is interested but surely he had a good strong panel to choose from

There's a report on the UK website about the game - A lot of names I don't recognise and it looks like the manager has not had the full picking of the talent in Warwickshire - Probably lots of reasons but surely we must look at this??

balancedopinion, i suggest you revise your odds for the first manager to be sacked and Put Quigley at the top to lose the warwickshire job.
