Yes 32_4_1 lad!
This wind up carryon that your at is comical indeed. You claim that Marseille and Zurich are mickey mouse teams. But then i suppose they are compared to the European powerhouses that are D. Kiev, Rubin Kazan, Stoke, Hull and the like. Well done indeed.
If these hatchett men that 'play' in the EPL played in Spain, Mr Messi wouldn have it all so nice. Sure G. Pique(when playing for Man Utd) wore a pair of gloves in an FA cup replay on a winters night? Now he rules the roost in spain. Shows the difference. No physicality=skillful players doing well. Physicality=injuries(shawcross on yer arsenal man) and (likes of messi yapping cos he's not able to play the game the way HE wants to)

why put kazan in the same sentence as hull and stoke. whats that supposed to prove?
you really trying to compare the swiss league to the russian??? marseille have done nothing since 92 or whenever they last won it. a nothing team for the last decade.
pique held a clean sheet against the "holy trinity" haha. says it all about the premiership really, if that was the best they had to offer
messi couldnt cut it in the premiership??? id say del horno, evra, cole, ferdinand, vidic, terry, scholes would beg to differ. messi made a joke of them all. and aparently they are some of the premierships best when messi went up against them.

594405 Lads take no notice of Pat he knows Rooneys the boy and he's going to take us to our 19th Title. Yes that's right lads 19. God I was lucky being born in Manchester……….
Yes, but you cannot admit to being "fully" Manc, as you claim to be Irish.
Now my two brats are fully Manc and blue.

Beginning to think Tevez is the best of them all.
Certainly better than Rooney and Ronaldo at any rate.
Mind you, I said that when he was at West Ham and foolish people doubted me.

Born in Manchester of full Irish blood Pat hence Manirish and very proud of both. Some of the finest people in the world come from both places, i think i am lucky to have links with both.
Your 2 brats have forgotten about their roots and you need to sort them out Pat...........

messis record in the league at the minute is brilliant no doubt, 8 in his last 3 or something? im not deliberately trying to do anything, yoou made a statement about messi and rooney as if it was a fact and the FACT is your were making it up. i simply put in ronaldos over all record (the same as i put in overall records for the other two) to send you off on one about ronaldo. iv give up reasoning so i'll just expose the flaws in your posts. oh and i made a point about the league strengths on the real exit thread. give it a read. i may be wrong but then again i dont think everything i write becomes a fact. and yes messi does have a better ratio in the league than ronaldo and rooney. whoop dee doo

I think Ferguson would swap Rooney + any other 1 to get Messi (or Ronaldo back)

if i wanted to be twisted id point out that ronaldo is playing in a new league for the first time and rooney isnt playing in a league where two teams walk all over everyone else. i wont be twisted though because messi's class lol

I'm not claiming to be an expert in soccer but here are my top five players of the season from wat i'v seen. 1. Messi 2. Rooney 3. Ronaldo 4. Drogba 5. Fabregas 6. Robben 7. Sneijder 8. Tevez 9. Xavi 10. Iniesta
Alot of people might have Kaka or Ronaldinho up there but Kaka is havin a terrible season and Ronaldinhio was found out against united and is long past his best.

Why does this all bother you so much?If United really are no good.Funny you seem to keep commenting on them when you consider them to be no good. By the way how is that pesky 3rd place race with Hibs goin.Or is it Hearts? Please keep us all posted on something you do actually care about :)

What has kazan and kiev done in that same period of time? Must've won something on the same planet that you are living on. Indeed. Asier Del Horno. One of the most skilfull left backs in the game. 2nd behind Wayne Bridge. Why would a small team like chelsea sell one of, if not, their best players after a couple of seasons? Maybe they needed the transfer money?
As regards this messi fella. In what is it 10 attempts(?) against english opposition he has scored an amazing total of......1 goal!!. The aforementioned EPL players would have some of him anyday big son!!

Hanley2,
Messi. Drogba. Fabregas. Tevez. Rooney.
I asked a few of the experts in work and this is their 5 in order. Most of our "resident experts" support Man Utd too so this may sound strange coming from them !!

kazan have dominated russia for the last 2 season. a league which has had 2 other teams win the uefa cup in recent years, one of which had a huge injection of money. kazan also outplayed inter in another of the games. it is now considered one of the top leagues in europe. marseille have been drifting ruderless in about 5th spot in france for the last 15 years
i see you picked one player out of a whole host of players i mentioned so ye, great comeback. and del horno was obviously doing something right to be bought in the first place.
ye its a lot easier to stop a player when you park the bus in front of the goal and stick 10 men behind the ball while man marking messi with two players. anyway who set up the goal in that chelsea match. ye thats right- messi. who got man of the match in 08 v united. ye thats right messi again. who scored v united when it really counted. oh ye messi again. del horno got sent off in 06 when him and robben together could not stop messi. its not all about goals. messi has everything. ronaldos anonymous when he doesnt score

I see Fergie kept his prized asset wrapped in Cotton wool for the mid week game in Germany. 4 - 0 away to Bolton not a bad result without the best player in the world. No one man team that is for sure and Arsenal blew it again. I think the reds may win the Prem next week at Old T against Chelsea what do think guys. Will we need the ROO, Fergie might rest him again............

I saw Messi's second goal against Zaragossa.
Unless Diego makes a comeback, Messi is currently the ONLY player capable of scoring such a goal.
He seems to be the real thing.
