How is life in Bydgoszcz for a Tyrone man? Spent a bit of time there myself in a previous life. And up in Tczew too. I presume they were all asking for me?

532851 Lads, many of the players ye are naming are without doubt quality players and class acts one and all
BUT ye are being wayyy too generous
I am talking absolute all time bona fide GAA greats. Fellas whose names will resound forever in GAA circles. The likes of
Maurice Fitzgerald, Peter Canavan, Darragh O'Se, Gooch Cooper, Damien Fitzhenry, Tommy Walsh and Henry Shefflin.

Not Michael Donnellan, Ciaran Whelan, Jayo, Stevie O'Neill, Dermot Earley or Declan Sullivan . They are all superb players but I dont think they are Tony Doran/Mick O'Connell Figures, do you?

Liam, I thought the whole point of your thread was that WE could name those players that WE believe fit the profile that you have suggested, not simply that they sit within your ideas of what a legend should be. Correct me if I am wrong here.

One of Galway's best!!!!

Cost me a place in the colleges final at Croke as I refused to catch the ball, into my chest, a la reddan and the Brother in charge dropped me.

But I forgive both of them, Reddan and the Brother.

Got to be dara made his championship for kerry agaist limerick in 1994, 81 cham games later still goin strong 6 AI and 3AI beaten finalists, 13 semi finals in seasons 16 is some record, no modern day footballer will beat this record and if he does will be some achievement.

Hilarious to put Stevie ONeill and Declan O'Sullivan as scond rate players they are better than Dara O'Se who you have as a first rate player. And to put them at the same level as Jayo well you should just be ashamed of yourself!
