Did Burt beat your club or something Norman? You seem very bitter about them. What did Burt hold up this year?

According to the Donegal website, Burt and Newtown won one game each in the league, drew two championship matches with Newtown winning the second after extra time. Going by those scorelines, there mustn't be a whole lot between the teams.

Fair play to the Newtown men not one of them (not even laganwally) has even bothered replying to all the taunts to replay a game "THEY" already showed up for, heard they are just back from a pre season team building weekend in Galway fair play to them and best of luck to them in 2011 whichever division they play in. I'm sure they will be made feel more welcome than burt.

I disagree salter,

last year my club beat Newton home and away, Burt away and Muff at home. We were well beaten by Red Hughs away, but then tanked them at home. We also contrived to lose away to Letterkenny Gaels.

That's only my club. If you were to ask others about their team's results last year they could tell you a similar story.

yes beat them 0.11 to 1.06, they beat us 1.09 to 0.10 in newtown, 1st game of championship finished 0.08 each and replay newtown won 0.10 to 0.08 AET. so there's not much between these to club, the play-off should be 1 hell of a game and a very big crowd turning iout to see it......But thats if newtown play it !? i hope they do.........
