i dont think your welcome in Newtown Norman because all you ever do is cry about McKinley and O'Hagan getting handy frees just because they have that bit of quality

Jaysus boys some rubbish talked on this forum. Back to football please folks. Whats the predictions for this weekend? Could have a big bearing on league shake up.
Newtown will walk over Lifford if they manage to field. Burt will find it tough but should beat N. Ultan while Muff should beat Downings at home.
If Muff win they should be guaranteed a play-off place whereas Downings will have to go to Newtown looking for that elusive point to wrap up league. Burt also still have to go to Newtown needing a win as they could still catch Downings. Should be interesting few weeks.
Still fancy Downings to win league and reckon Muff will beat Burt in play-off to go up.
Comments?

I think Newton will hammer Lifford tomorrow which sets them up nicely for the last two games. Burt should also win but not by much. Downings and Muff will be very close if Muff do have a real hunger to get promoted i fancy them to turn them over tomorrow although I still think Downings will be champions in the end up

Burt Naomh Ultan was a tight game with a goal around 10 minutes from time sealing it for the Burt men against a battling young Naomh ultan team missing a number of regulars. Naomh Ultan leading 0-06 0-02 at half time with Burt taking full advantage of the gale force wind in the second half. However it could have been a lot different had the home side taken a glorious goal chance in the second half just after Burt scored their goal. Burt look strong for promotion now although I think Muff will nick it. Burt are too dependent on Boyle for frees. Congratulations to Downings on their title win and fine campaign only 5 points dropped.

vice 99 ever hear the saying nothing good to say say nothing. i think it was liffords last game so probably struggled to get players i'd imagine.

Muff dominated Downings but spurned several chances to put game to bed. Paid price as Downings snatched goal to level it few mins before the end. Didn't deserve draw today but deserve title overall as most consistent team throughout.
All going to hinge on Burt and Newtown game now to see who gets playoff place. Hopefully both teams go out to win and no dealing done.

Downings Muff game was tight, Muff missed a lot of chances but so did Downings- overall it was a fair result and a fine way to wrap up the league for Downings after a fine campaign!! All the hard work paid off!! Na Dunaibh Abu!!
