6 left, they didn't field against Red Hughes! C'mon Laganvalley pay attention. If you spent less time talking nonsense on here and more time caring about the football ya might know these things.

u cannot be serious mr. sense do you think the burt men have the bottle or footballers to overcome the youthful exuberence of a newtown side that only for a stupid refereeing decision would be out of this years championship. remember newton were 5 points up at one stage and did their best to blow it ,cant see them leaving this one behind.

Well done to naomh colmcille ,and all involved, they deserved it over the 2 games ,there defence was tight and on there toes all game and there forwards hassled the burts defence very well ,burt found it hard to get the ball out of there defence, newtown were the better in all areas of the field.
Naomh colmcille v Muff final should be interesting....

well done to naomh colmcille must be 15 years since there last final ....

Congratulations to Naomh Colmchille on thier progress to the junior A final and comiserations to Burt, I was at the game as a neutral last night and thought there was nothing between the two teams over the two halves. It was fitness in extra that saw Naomh Colmchille overcome Burt, overall it was a good game to watch with some great football from either side, I'm looking forward to the final to see how Muff cope with Naomh Colmchille.

well done to noamh colmcille. thought it was a great free flowing game played in great spirits by both sets of players they both showed what a junior chamionshop is all about. i hope noamh colmcille go on and win now after beating 2 of the favouites no offence to the Muff lads.

Great game on Saturday night you could see what the chance to reach a final meant to both teams. Newton just shaded it I feel and over the course of the game they were a little bit sharper. O'Hagan again was the focal point what great shape he is in for a man of his age. Thought Mc Erlean was sharp as well. For Burt Dowds was the pick. Newton looked more dangerous when they attacked and that was the difference Burt really struggled to get scores. I think Newton will be hard to stop now Muff will be good opponents but id make the Newton men slight favourites considering their route to the final.

Well done to Newton. 2 years ago they were very lucky to win a game but what a turn around in 2 years now they are pushing hard for promotion and in the championship final. I think they will beat Muff by 4 or more if they play the way they played against Burt in the 2 games. O'Hagan is only 35 that man should be scoring 12 points a game in that division so i dont know why people think he is in good shape for his age, its junior football he's playing dont forget.
Muff are a poor enough side in fairness they got an easy run to the final lucky to come out of the 1st round knocking out Red Hughs beating them by a point in Muff and drawing in The Cross. It was the only game they got to the final. now they will have to up it again against Newton in final and i dont think they have enough

Id have to agree with wayne.
3 years ago newtown were a wipping team ,The club has done well to get things going .Fair play to all involved.
Pushing for promo and in a county final .
as regards promo muff look like they have easer games left so they might take that 3rd spot ,but if newtawn dont go up this year they should go up next year providing they can keep the team together the likes of o hagan ,clarke ,mckinleys, devenney and there number 14,things can go bad if u cant keep it together ie convoy last year ...
As regards championship i think muff already beat newtown twice this season ,so should fancy there chances again.....
But is on the day that counts ill go a draw for the crack ...
Good luck to muff and newtown in championship...

Have Glenties and MacCumhaills met in the junior B semi final replay yet? Anyone know what date the final is likely to be on? A double header with the Junior A?
