are ardranree players really as good as they think they are? How many would make a real senior team?

Yes i think they would be able to field a decent team and would do themselves credit against most of the senior clubs. Ardnaree are definitely a big step above junior level with some very talented players and if you add the "best from the rest" then they would have a strong panel of players to chose from.
Heffernan, mcHugh's, Egan and Ruddy's from Moygownagh
Leonards and Rowlands from Lahaurdaun
Scott and Moyles from Kilfian
Loughney and Fordes from Lacken
Barrett, Breslins and Caufield from Ballycastle

it would like to know who Villamoy thinks would make the starting 15 for a North Mayo Team as he appears to know the ins and outs of junior football. If anyone else as an opinion on it please post your starting 15 also.

Tough to decide but based on potential and getting lads fit i reckon this team would put it up to a few senior teams. Obviously a few tweaks would have to be made but all in all not a bad team! If this was done 3 or 4 years ago with kilcommon and killala involved they would have taken some beating at senior level.
