i cant stand the sars but paul murphy is a serious footballer. he was top scorer this year in the senior championship. he scored 1-9 in the senior b final this year. and i no he was asked to play with the footballers. but i think he is going back to england but if he dont he will be a serious talent. and is only 18 i think...

I heard from a source that Murphy was on de county minor panel for a while but Aidan O Brien didnt think him better then de 6 forwards he already had (Liam Og, Declan Murphy, Craig Doyle etc) so Murphy dropped himself off de panel. Though in fairness I did hear Paul Carty is very fond of him and is on to him to play u21.

Trust me,he ain't going back to England.I know because I talked to him about it,don't no where the rumours are coming from though.Aidan O'Brien was mad not picking him this year I have to say.

ricky wherever ya got your information is no good. paul murphy never trained once with the footballers. and was asked loads of times. plus he would be better than the 6 of them forwards....otherwise ryan wouldn be askin him to play senior at 18 would he?

Ricky is correct, Spot trained at least once with the county minor footballers , in saying that i still believe he would have a lot to offer the 21 footballers of 2010.

Yea youre right there, he's a tidy performer. Watched him play u 21 a couple of times last year, and he was a steady performer. A couple of the Martins lads, especially brian berney and thomas hayes looked good. Also jones and darcy from kilanerin looked when i saw them.

The right attitude is one of the most important things in becoming successful in any sport, doesnt matter how much talent you have if the right attitude isnt there then you wont ever achieve anything. Which is why certain players mentioned here will make teams and others will not!!!!!
