The the worst bit of Xenophobia i have seen here, its absolute nonsense and well you know, i suppose next you'll be telling the story of the africa woman who left her pram on the street when she was getting a taxi, she then said she's just get a new one off the HSE.

paddy,i know a lad who was getting more on the dole here than he would for a 60 hour week back home in poland.only worked here for two years.i worked for a year and a half and couldnt get a penny while i was on a 3 day week.

Yes that "Venting" has a name where i'm from Its called Racism. On the topic of the thread i remember stories from lads in the 80's who had to skip the dole qeues to get back to work, I also know of a man back in he 80's who did a plastering Job for a Gaurd while he was on the Dole. when he finished the job the job and went to get his money the Gaurd said sure arent you making enough on the Dole! sure what could he do. Your going to get a lot of that happening again people taking advantage.

racism has no place in me , if people have genuine concerns and worries they have a right 2 express themselves as citiziens , as voters, as taxpayers.
