I was told and maybe Patrique can clarify that Antrim had green and white hoops

Green and yellow hoops, in the all reland final in 1943.

Class jerseys.

499687 Fermangh were green and red once upon a time.

Armagh took up the orange I believe when Louth's jerseys came out in the wrong colour and they gave them to their lovely neighbours.
true enough datsrite.you can thank the nuns in omeath for giving armagh them orange jerseys.

Maybe the Dubs should have two strips, blue for Leinster and white for the All-Ireland, cos they surrender once out of Leinster!!

Apologies Dubs fans, i couldn't resist!

bigman2, Tipperary wore white and green on Bloody Sunday, as they were the Grangemockler colours. I think it would be a nice touch if Tipp used white and green as their second strip, when playing teams like Cavan, Longford, Wicklow or Laois. A tribute to the men of Bloody Sunday.

Duffy89 is absolutely right. Black and amber were wexfords origanal colours because the club that 1st won an all Ireland for Wexford was Castlebridge/Shelmaliers

mayo got the green and red from the famous carnacoon team in mayo.
kerry used to play in green and red also - the two counties met in a game in tipperary in the early days of the gaa.
kerry changed to green and gold to avoid a colour clash and never changed back.

I think Down wore red shirts & white shorts before changing to red shirts & black shorts.

I read somewhere they were the first county to not wear white shorts.

501488 Wonder how Carlow came up with their array of colour

They originally got their colours Red and Green from their best team at that time Graiguecullen who since 1928 play in Laois but when they met Mayo in a semi in the '40s there was a clash so they stuck on the yellow bit and have it to this day.

Carlow's clours? I wonder did they take up the traffic lights colouring due to the fact they've been stuck at a crossroads for many years?? -)
