Hennessy

Jason Hayes
Darragh Madden
Paudie Ahern

Nicky Quaid
Paudie O'Brien
Pat Begley

John Riordan
Paul Browne

Graham Mulcahy
Sean Madden
Declan Hannon

Tommy O'Brien
Kevin Downes

Eoin O'Sullivan from Allaughan Gaels would be a good option for corner forward too, unbelieveable pace.

I dont think Sean Madden and Paudie Ahern are good enough. what about bobby o brien?? one of the best young hurlers and we
can get him to play. John O Regan is surly good enough??

Pat Begley played centre back last year, wasn't upto it in my opinion and hasn't improved either.

The worrying thing about this tread is that the same names are appearing over and over again. People in the county complain about management not looking for other talent and sticking with the same players who made it onto other teams previously, aren't we (limerick supporters) on this tread doing the exact same????

cian hayes wont even make the limerick panel lads be serious about it... not playin against "A" standard hurlers week in week out...

Will_ferrell_09 that kind of attitude is why limerick hurling is in such a shocking state.... a player cant be picked because he isnt playing in the A division. cian hayes has more quality and potential than most players playing in the A division. just ask the likes of donie reale, brian begley, seanie tobin, all found the going though against cian hayes...

Will Ferrell 09, dat is the most rediculous argument I have ever heard as to why a player should not be picked on a county panel...Derek Lyng of Kilkenny originally made the Kilkenny panel in 2001 while his club were still junior A and he now has 8 leinster medals, 6 all irelands, 4 national leagues, & 2 all star awards...players should be picked on ability, not the level they are playing at, or club they are playing with...

No hurling team really plays week in week out, Will Ferrel he is playing the same intermidiate standard hurling you are playing.
I hate the way ye ballybrown crowd try and put down anything that the kildimo crowd do.
they are the first to say loftus should have been on the 21s last year a little support for your close parish can't be that hard.

One poster mentioned 50 players so thats a lot of players to work it, there is talent in this age group, coaching needs to be good and the county board need to start treating these lads a bit better!!!

Dont think Riordan, Lynch and Tom O Brien are good eneough for the senior panel but certainly are plenty good eneough for the 21s team...should be a good panel there but need to be worked with and trained properly...any word on who is over the team this year?

Apoligies Goalie 101, didn't realise Loftus was overage.
Hopefully there is a new management team in place this season, last years were a disaster, just ask any of the players involved...not enough proper training sessions in comparison to Cork, Clare & Tipp and they couldn't spot that all Clare were trying to do in Ennis was try to isolate our full back line as Clare had an outstanding full forward line...they then proceeded to take off 2 of the 3 full back line rather than getting the half backline, midfield, and half forward line to drop deeper to stop the clean supply of ball going in and protect the open space in front of the full back line...

I hate to see young players been written off as not good enough to play senior. Who can tell how a player will turn out. Too many "experts" who think they know it all.

No one has mentioned Shane Garry for South Liberties! Only 18! Had a great season corner back for Liberties! I would have himself and Jason Hayes corner backs for limerick going by form!
