I'm six foot one and exactly eleven stone which is over half a stone less than I was this time last year and two years ago

I don't know how because I haven't been doing any more sport or eatin differently but sure I'm not complainin

i remember them days....i was like that 3/4 years ago. was told i needed to put on weight to make it as a footballer.....now im fat apparently

ive always felt we had a connection alright.not only am i "fat" now but slow as a wet week too.our weights instructer actually told me and a few lads to drink more beer a few years ago,thinking of sueing him now

I'm 14 and a half stone and stand at 6 feet. I'm slighly over weight but my love affair with steak , chinese food and my mother's fry ups when I spend a weekend down home is counteracted by training my younglads team and the dog bringing me for a walk!
