Around 18 stone at the moment. Could be a cold Winter so I'm taking no chances.
Usually get down to around 15 stone in the Summer. I'm 6 foot 3 so that helps. Being a chef does not.

I don't know. I remember feeling skinny once but food is soooo nice. So is Guinness.
Any-one else struggling to maintain the body beautiful?

I used to say that to myself as a young lad and I was never more than 10 stone until I was 21. As soon as I got a desk job, my "metabolism" deserted me and I put on over three stone and have yet to lose it!!!!

Well me mother nor father never had a car,I live in the town,I walk all over the place,that's the problem with teenagers thes day's unless you have a problem like tyroid glands !

One of the lads was saying he lived with a girl like yourself that had bad metabolism,always ate pretty healthy breakfasts and dinners etc yet for some reason still had a big fat arse.After many months of biting his tongue he finally just said you drink about 10 cups of tea a day and have a chocolate bar and biscuits each time ya fat lump,do you expect to be kate moss?
