Ritchie, I think you will find that Down also have 5 All Irelands & the other stuff (Ulsters & National Leagues) dont really matter that much in the bigger picture.

So maybe not that clear cut.

DINGLE.... THE THREAD SAYS MOST SUCCESSFULL ULSTER COUNTY.. NOW WE WILL TAKE SUCCESSFULL AS MEANING WHAT A COUNTY WON....... AGREE????RIGHT???????....................NOW IF U LOOK AT THE STATS YOU WILL FIND ITS CAVAN......

You will actually find it is Antrim, with 6 (SIX) senior all Ireland wins, including a three in a row in the 1940s.

Hate to say it especially to use antrim boys , ya's seem to be negative towards cavan , but the question was of ALL TIME not 39 or 40 years so its
1.cavan 2.down 3.tyrone , and yes fair enough we have been poor this last 6 to 7 years but most successfull club in ulster...

i cant believe the fact that cavan have won 39 ulsters...5 AIs Then that is definitely a bad return...they should have about 10 AIs...tyrone had good teams in the 80s dont forget that...from '95 tyrone have been ulsters best team...so i wouldnt say tyrone have been dormant for 115 years...maybe about 100 years..haha

Lets clear it up..
CAVAN
All irelands 5
junior 1
minor 2
Ulsters 39
junior 11
minor 5
under 21 2
mc kenna cups 11 national leagues 1
TYRONE
All irelands 3
junior 1
minor 7 under 21 4
Ulsters 12
junior 3
minor 20
under 21 11
mc kenna cups 9 national leagues 2
DOWN

AFTER THEM STATS WHO AGREES THAT CAVAN EDGE IT CLOSELY FOLLOWED BY TYRONE AND DOWN , ANTRIM , FAR DOWN THE PECKING ORDER.
