Whoa, wait a second here, as a neutral having seen both teams play, I can say Salesians would most definatly hammer the Clane schools team this year. Look at it this way, last year Clane got to the North Leinster final (Leinster quarter final) and were beaten, and not even by the eventual winners either. Salesians on the other hand won Leinster this year. What one must question is why are Clane playing Leinster A football when they are not even good enough to win a Leinster 'B' quarter final? Answer me that can you? Salesians have already played Scoil Dara of Kilcock this year who play Leinster A and Salesians hammered them

NosioClane, I'm not saying Salesians would win Leinster A, but they are a hell of a lot better than Scoil Mhuire, results do not lie. 2 points off an All-Ireland Final? There is no way Clane would have ever gone that far. Man for man, Salesians are far superior. Anyone else agree?

But none of the Kildare teams would even get near St. Marys Edenderry who are by far superior to most teams in Leinster A!! Pity all the good Kildare lads havta go to Offaly to get proper school football. Athy are the only halfdecent team, the rest of yous are fairly poor..

PBS of newbridge cant be too bad if they won leinster A at u14 and u16 level...they were all a year young to be playin senior as practically the whole team bar 2 or 3 would all be underage next year if they were still in school... just unfortunate the way they were so young

@DinnerTime.. What are ya on about saying edenderry are superior to evry1 else.. PBS newbridge if they were a year older would definatley run them close.. And anyway edenderry are a 1 man team which showed when cribben got injured and they got beaten in Leinster. At least PBS newbridge can rely on lots of talented players they have while edenderry always relying on cribben

What Leinster A's have any Kildare teams won?? & We got semi's without Cribben which shows we are one of the top teams. Beat Marist & then the Dublin champs who hammered PBS. & then Navan scored a goal in last minute of extra time to take us to a replay..
