'an puc' wat u on about? have u ever seen jeremy lynch, david barry and sean kelly play? there is no doubt about it, they should be on the panel...i dont want to be naming players currrently on the panel that shouldn't be there because that is just bad form...but there are quiet a few... its all politics and who u know and not how good a hurler u are...yes there are really good hurlers on the panel but the others making up the panel are just not good enough hurling10 (Limerick) - Posts: 13 - 02/03/2010 16:30:51 577167 Link 0 |

Sean Kelly has gone back an awful lot in the last few years, under16 a few years ago he used to lord it aound the middle of the field but lately he doesnt seem to be the same player. The reason he wasnt picked as well as jeremy lynch and david barry was either they didnt go to the under 17 divisional championship or didnt perform. If you ask me its better to pick on form rather then who you are or who you play for. Ciotog (Limerick) - Posts: 56 - 03/03/2010 15:27:17 578081 Link 0 |

every club in the county takes exception to when one of their own players gets dropped when they are convinced they are good enough. regardless of the reason, it is a regular occurance and in fairness down through the years, kilmallock have had more than their fair share of county panelists so dont think there will be too much sympathy here. in every panel, there are always a few who are there or there abouts and feel hard done by, thats the nature of it. If they are good enough, they will get a chance somewhere down the line, no point complaining about it now regardless of why you think they were dropped. utd (USA) - Posts: 150 - 03/03/2010 20:13:46 578487 Link 0 |
