Limericklad, if you are talking about hurling and telling us that the minor management are doing a great job perhaps you could tell us what they are doing. There is no panel in existence yet and the earliest that anything will now start will be February. Anything different about this approach and previous years, expect the same results

kickham, the hurliers i hear have brought in some outside management from outside the county which will surely benifit the team as a whole when they start training in Janurary. outside experiance is needed for the lads to be successful and win something.

Glad to hear that they have brought in someone from outside because they will surely be needed. Threy are now bringing the interdivisional competition forward so they can start training in the muck in January. Bet they will do as before and pick the big strong fellows who like the muck 'cause it slows down the quick fellows. Best of luck, talk to me in June.

i think michael downey from st patswill be on the minor hurling this year, this lad is a serious work horse at wing forward, strong on both sides and a natural scorer

The management and coaches entrusted with the development of our minor hurlers should leave no stone unturnred in the development of this squad of players. The full resourses and support of the county board should be made available. No more half measures.

kilmallock had 5 at the south trials eventhough they had played the u21 semi final the day before . does this not show commitment

treanlewis on 4.11.09 under LIMERICK MINIOR HURLING SQUAD you stated that on their performances this year kilmallock should have at least 10 players on next years minior panel so where are the other five . kilmallock always have fabulas hurlers but alot of them do not commit to the county my worryis that come april will they be playing youth soccer with kilmallock and limerick leagueand not committ to limerick hurling

I cant see Patrickswell having four players on this team, in fairness they have a brutal team next year compared to their high standerds.

Ciotog,

Carmody is an outstanding young hurler who might just make the cut. The other lads although probably not full intercounty standard are handy enough. Apart from Mungret and Na Piarsigh all the city teams will be of a low standard

Cmonthewell????
half those players are not good enough... brian griffen from ballybrown is better then about at least 10 if not more then you named... shane kenny also would way ahead then those mentioned...

Agree, young Carmody is a fine hurler but having seen their minors play a number of times and he was the only standout players, Na Piersaigh players should be the spine of the city team really
