If I'm not from Pomeroy why would I ever care if they got knocked out?

I think what he meant was that Urney beat us twice this season, but seein as you're no pomeroy man I wouldn't expect you to know that

Correct as we beat pomeroy in the league and championship but like you said he is not from that club .

Congratulations to Eglish on getting back to the big time! Sorry to inform them though - their just another whipping boy for the might of the fianna!!! Should we not cut the league down a little so we wouldn't have to play so many pointless games? I'll predict this result already for next year. Coalisland by 30+ points!

Would gladly put all my pennies on with our finna supporter that it will be a lot less than 30points, on a topic with so much funny comments made, this is by far my favourite.

There's nothing worse than posters who come on here and do nothing but talk about how great their club is and how they'll destroy everyone

Plunkett you should feel blessed that i consider this topic worthy of a post from coalisland! Hope we never have to play pomeroy - theres some bad teams in division 1 at the minute but i think they would take the biscuit if promoted!
SM time and place and i'll back the fianna by 30 or more! come on!!!
Whose gonna put this blue fire out????

I honestly believe that if Pomeroy were were ever promoted to Division 1 they would spend at least 3 seasons in the top grade. Spring, Summer and Autumn!!

What is that noise? Is that the sound of the 'Eglish Juggernaught' coming to an abrubt stop?

Bye bye the magpies....it was so funny to see their faces at the end of the game, and the picture of their manager Murphy on the sideline was fantastic! Eglish thought they had the All-Ireland won before getting out of Tyrone. They had the league fixtures fall in their lap, all the easy teams up first and then the best teams kept to the end. By that stage the league was over therefore teams like Pomeroy, Loghmacrory and Derrylaughan didn't see the point in going flat out for league games.

Rio Bingo - You are have been very quiet recently, maybe you have quit that job in Dungannon and have less time on the internet. Poor Paudy got toasted under the high ball.

Urney are still possibly going down, shall they fail to beat Derrylaughan then they could still face a relegation battle.

Check the table dell, not guarenteed to avoid relegation play offs, although given their current form im sure they will.
