They are a disgrace and shouldn't be in the Champions League at least Celtic are good in Europe. Galway11 (Galway) - Posts: 570 - 21/10/2009 13:35:26 461543 Link 0 |
I hope they both team up with the Man from Atlantis. That may lead to Glaswegians, especially those on the north side to start supporting a real Glasgow team with no issue with anyone, the great Partick Thistle. I managed to take in their 2-0 win over Ayr on Sunday. We are going in the right direction and closing in on Dundee. Who incidentally, spent more money on Rangers on signing new players this year. thistle_harps (UK) - Posts: 879 - 21/10/2009 13:42:43 461564 Link 0 |

Bad monkey, yes that mickey mouse europa league thing, the same competition your brothers in blue shamed themselves across Europe several years ago, culminating in the sacking of Manchester. sean og (Armagh) - Posts: 1073 - 21/10/2009 14:05:41 461606 Link 0 |

Celtic, may not be the team they once were, but our fans still know how to be ambassadors for the club. bad.monkey (USA) - Posts: 4653 - 21/10/2009 15:06:21 461684 Link 0 |

Keep trying though you might just convince yourself its true someday. Tell me this BM, just out of curiosity, would you wear whichever county/club jersey you support to Ibrox? jimbodub (Dublin) - Posts: 20763 - 21/10/2009 16:13:23 461784 Link 0 |
Hey RealRangersFan/bad.monkey, did you hear what your mates were up to at Ibrox after the spanking they got last night? Racially abusing one of their own players. A new low even by Rangers fans (lack of) standards. nocky (Wexford) - Posts: 2059 - 21/10/2009 16:28:42 461794 Link 0 |
hey nocky hear what gaa fans were doing in kilkenny, racially abusing a player... bad.monkey (USA) - Posts: 4653 - 21/10/2009 16:59:40 461832 Link 0 |
Celtic fans are just so blinded to their own bigotry its hilarious, the same way they are blinded to the fact that celtic fc are just exploiting the cash cow that is irish soccer supporters. Just tell them celtic are an irish club and they will support them blindly. (Even though it says on the official celtic website that they are a british club...oops not allowed mention that fact). Celtic are about as Irish as Barack Obama and Mohammad Ali, however the gulliable celtic fans just lap it up. The celtic shareholders are laughing all the way to the bank at you. bad.monkey (USA) - Posts: 4653 - 21/10/2009 17:09:25 461842 Link 0 |

nocky only yesterday it was reported in the papers that a cork hurler was racially abused in kilkenny. it seems rangers fans and gaa fans have alot in common. bad.monkey (USA) - Posts: 4653 - 21/10/2009 17:26:06 461862 Link 0 |
bad.monkey you have been on this forum a long time and you never posted pro Rangers posts until you sneakily tried to start one under a separate name aka "Real Rangers Fan". When you were outed you went to ground for a while and have since returned under your original name and suddenly have become The only Rangers Fan in the Village. I am absolutely certain that you have never been a genuine Rangers Fan but are just enjoying the limelight that such a stance provides. Re "Your Club" they were the only Club in the world that I am aware of that maintained a strictly sectarian official policy until 1989. Prior to that they would not even employ a tea lady if she was a Catholic. Since then they have been forced to adopt a non sectarian position, but in the last couple of years there have been a number of embarrassing incidents such as Directors of Club filmed singing "The Billy Boys". As already mentioned some of your fellow supporters racially abused one of their own players in the car park outside Ibrox last night. Instead of condemning this your response is to say that some Kilkenny fans might have racially abused Sean Og some months ago. As if 2 wrongs make a right. You have long ago lost the moral high ground on this site and your latest efforts on this thread are bordering on the pathetic. corkcelt (Cork) - Posts: 4388 - 21/10/2009 18:37:35 461946 Link 0 |
I think I confessed to being a real Rangers fan once but that was pure sectarianism. When they had Gazza, all those Italians, and the Chilean the WHOLE team was catholic, while Celtic were all protestants. I know it is wrong to be bigoted, I just couldn't help it. patrique (Antrim) - Posts: 13709 - 21/10/2009 19:51:19 462015 Link 0 |

p.s. bad.monkey Celtic Shares have hovered between 40/50pence for years. There are very few transactions on them and no dividend paid. Quite a lot of supporters including myself are small shareholders. We hold them for sentimental reasons and not to make money. Why then would Celtic shareholders laugh at other Celtic supporters. Just another ill informed inane sound bite from your goodself. corkcelt (Cork) - Posts: 4388 - 21/10/2009 19:57:48 462030 Link 0 |
