Kilcoo in Ulster Club Championship

(Oldest Posts First) - Go To The Latest Post

Ye havnt a hope in hell lads..Eunans will destroy ye pretty easily by at least 6 or more points..Ye wont be able to cope with the sheer power and pace mixed in with massive experience talent and sheer quality and class..Beat the tyrone champs away last year and played crossmaglen off the park and should have been outta sight by half time in the semis, missing 5 first choice players, unlucky to loose in the end..
EUNANS WILL WIN ULSTER..........

Kilcoo have a great chance. Eunan's have played no one all year and have won easy here, but that says more about Donegal that Eunans. They beat Clonoe last year alright, but they had just won the Tyrone c'ship a week earlier and were surrounded in controversy with players suspensions etc.

Newry is no easy place to go for any Donegal team..... even though I'd say not one of the Eunan's lads have played there previously. Eunan's have only ever won 1 game in Ulster and home advantage is always a great advantage...

I see they were hammered last week by Ardara.... Could they be celebrating their 3-in-a-row more than Kilcoo

hard one to call. donegal teams struggled against the bridge in ulster in recent years but eunans have a bit more experience. kilcoo will be hard 2 beat but i feel they will be underdogs in all their games in ulster still wudnt back against them though

Of course we celebrating 3 ina row more than Kilcoo cause ye will never achieve that...
Responding to post saying eunans players having not played in newry..
Every1 of the eunans panel from 1 to 35 has played county football currently or at some stage in the past with underage sides and senior county team and all or most have played in this venue at some stage..
8 senior players to be involved in senior county panel for coming season..

Eunans by 5 or more.........Bring on Ulster....

all these donegal people who think that eunans will win ulster are forgetting one fact. Yes they miss they may be too strong for kilcoo in the first game but remember one thing. St.Galls will win both ulster and the all ireland beating cavan gaels by 2 after extra time without main man kevin 'nibs' Niblock they will be too strong for all the other teams especially in ulster. FORZA AZZURRI!!!!

Donegal vs Down in Ballybofey next June.... Will Kilcoo vs Eunan's lay a marker for next summer? Big game for both counties. Could make or break the summer.... All the pressure on Donegal though after Antrim this year... How many years will we be drawn at home? Anyway, hope Eunan's get the right result on Sunday week and next June will wait

I fear for kilcoo in ulster they get away with playing very average players who wont cut it in ulster, they get away with theses types of players in down football be def wont against eunans! eunans have 8 country players kilcoo have none this fact speaks for itself. eunans by at least 5. as i am down man i hope i am wrong but i wouldnt think i am

Down wee boy aged 6 could you please name the current 8 county players for St Eunans? Wee tip Brendan has retired! As for none on the Down team thought that is why Kilcoo actually won Down - back to class break over!

Well according to Eunans website they have eight players on donegal senior panel for 09 season. seems like pretty good info me? my point is simple kilcoo get away with average players that is a fact. another fact is that bryansford missed 3 very good goal chances in 1st round and only the bridge took off adrian barry cahal macgee and few other kilcoo wouldn't of won that match either. my support for that fact is the bridge manager was kicked out of the club after that. eunans have ulster experience which in my opionin will be the telling difference

Word is that Kilcoo are running scared of the mighty eunans and have asked for the game to be postponed due to rumour of swine flu in the camp, shocking carry on,come out and fight like men rather than the board room childish antics.....

Rumours are sometimes just that, rumours. In today's Irish News Jim McCorry (& the Kilcoo team) seem intent on making it to the Ulster Final, which will be very difficult but not impossible. All of Down should get behind them this weekend.

Eunans4ever had a quick look on the donegal site and you appear to be detested both by members from your own club and the other good people of Donegal. So a wee bit of advice -stay on your own site and keep your stupid childish remarks to yourself. There isnt much point Kilcoo turning up by the sound of it! Hope all your "superstars" have recovered by Sunday and God has sorted out your main man's hip!
